Lift & Accessibility Solutions is a member of the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce and the Santa Rosa Section on Aging. Team members also frequently attend the Marin Section on Aging, the Napa Alliance on Aging and Sonoma Alliance on Aging to keep abreast of current topics related to our clientele.

Paul Harlin
Founder

General Contractor


Paul Harlin has been a licensed general contractor since 1980, with expertise in plumbing, electrical, mechanical equipment, cabinetry, and finish carpentry. His extensive experience includes custom home building and remodeling. Since the late 1990’s he has focused on ways to provide quality services to the elderly and disabled. Paul has obtained his Certified “Aging in Place” Specialist certification.

As a member of the National Association of Elevator Contractors, he is a “Certified Accessibility Technician” for all residential accessibility equipment. He is licensed by the State of California (License# 409116) as a general contractor (B) license and holds specialty licenses for C11 – Elevator Installation, D21 – Machinery & Pumps, and D34 – Prefabricated Equipment.

Rhonda Harlin

Nurse Educator


Rhonda Harlin is a Registered Nurse who has worked in home care and has a practical hands-on background regarding the needs of clients in the home environment. From assessments to product instruction, she brings a personal caring touch to the contracting environment. She is also Guldmann’s West Coast Trainer for hospitals using the Overhead Track Systems.
